Hi, I’m Carmen, the person behind Evara Living.
I’ve spent 13 years living and working alongside international residents in Marbella, and I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be to manage a home or navigate Spanish paperwork from a distance. That’s why I created Evara Living: so you have one person you know and trust, rather than a faceless company. Whether I’m checking on your home while you’re away, coordinating repairs or guiding you through NIE and residency processes, I treat every property and every client as if they were my own.
